Registration Modalities [Deadline passed]

The online (pre-)registration form allows you to apply for the school. The applicants will be accepted on a first-come first served basis until the positions are filled. Please read the following notes carefully before proceeding to the form. This form is available both in english and in french (click on the corresponding flag on form's page to change the language).

After you have completed the online form, your browser will be redirected to a page from where you can download your filled form in PDF format. Please print this PDF file, sign it and return it before May 28, 2006:

Payment Modalities:

The bill of the registration fees will be sent to you starting from May 29, 2006. Yet, your registration will only be complete after acknowledgement of your payment or reception of a 'bon de commande' before June 15, 2006. Only serious problems can legitimate the refund of the fees.

NOTE: Do not pay along with this registration form. Please, wait for the bill. However, if your registration fees are paid by your institution, please send us quickly a 'bon de commande' (if possible along with your registration form).

If your application is accepted, a convocation will be sent to you starting from May 29, 2006.

Registration fees

CNRS employees (including Ph.D. students and Post-docs): No fees. Pedagogical fees, accommodation (June 18-22), lunches, tramway pass and the conference dinner are paid by the School. Contact your CNRS Delegation for refund of your trip and your dinners outside of the conference.

Other public institutions: 230 EUROS. It includes pedagogical fees, lunches, tramway pass and the conference dinner.

Private Institutions: 350 EUROS. It includes pedagogical fees, lunches, tramway pass and the conference dinner.

Students and (non CNRS) Ph.D. students: 160 EUROS. It includes pedagogical fees, accommodation (June 18-22), lunches, tramway pass and the conference dinner. Some scholarships for Ph.D. students will be available to cover part of registration and travel expenses.

Scholarships [Deadline passed]

The School will provide some funding to assist Ph.D. students who attend MOVEP'06. We expect the amount offered to cover at least the cost of registration and maybe part of the travel expenses, depending on the number of requests. Ph.D. students not resident in France will have priority.

To apply, please fill in the scholarship application form and send it by email, with subject MOVEP'06 Scholarship Application, before April 22nd to movep06@labri.fr.

In order to be eligible for a scholarship, you must submit an abstract before April 22nd and you must give a talk in the student sessions.
